8-Session ADHD Coaching Program
ADHD is building blocks. 🧩
One skill at a time. One step at a time. Building a life that works for you.
ADHD Coaching: 8 Building Blocks 🧩
Think of ADHD coaching as building a foundation, one block at a time. Across 8 personalized sessions, we’ll focus on practical skills that support executive functioning, organization, time management, focus, emotional regulation, motivation, and follow-through. Each session builds on the last, giving you tools and strategies you can actually use in everyday life. The goal isn’t to change who you are—it’s to help you understand how your ADHD works and build systems that work with you.
-
ADHD coaching provides practical, personalized support to help you better understand how your brain works and build strategies that fit your everyday life. Together, we focus on turning challenges into manageable steps and developing tools you can actually use.
-
Each week follows a simple, structured format. We’ll begin with a check-in and review of the previous week’s goals, discuss the focus of the current session, and work through practical strategies, tools, and exercises together.
