Many plans operate under different subsidiary names — for example, Optum and UMR are both UnitedHealthcare. If you don’t see your specific carrier, contact us at (407) 630-8104 via our contact form. We work with most major plans and may still accept yours.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel through the confirmation email you’ll receive, or by calling our office. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a late-cancellation fee.

For psychiatric emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (24/7). Our practice provides outpatient psychiatric care and is not equipped for emergency situations.

Yes. Continuity of care is important — you’ll see the same provider for your initial evaluation and all follow-up appointments. If your provider is unavailable, we’ll coordinate coverage with you.

Patients are responsible for any applicable copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services according to their insurance plan. If you have questions about your benefits or expected out-of-pocket costs, we'll gladly help verify your coverage before your appointment.
